Joseph M[ilton] King, Baltimore, MD, Washington, DC and Texas
I am looking for my ggrandfather's family. They are listed in the 1920 Census as William A., his wife Mary, their children -- Joseph M. (my grandfather), Walter F., Austin E., Vincent; Mary R[oyce] (daughter-in-law) and grandchildren Elinor R.(my mother) and William (who I believe is actually my uncle Donald S.; and mother-in-law Mary Ryan.
The King parents and their sons were born in Maryland, and moved to Washington, DC where they were counted by the Census from 1910 through 1930. At the time of the 1920 Census William, Joseph, Walter, and Austin were employed by the railroad.
After the 1920 Census my grandparents (Joseph and Mary Royce) separated. I was told sometime ago by my mother (now deceased) that Joseph moved to Texas, but I can't confirm this. She never mentioned when or where he died.
If anyone has any information about this family, I would greatly appreciate they're sharing it with me.
