You might want to consider:
In the 1910 Arkansas Co.,AR census, there is a "Mack Kirkley" of the right age, living with his sister and brother in law-Walter and Margaret Lewis.

Also: the 1920 census for this county was taken on Feb.17-with the instruction to count everyone who lived there on Jan.1; the page states that your g/granddad was "deceased on Feb.10".

You might email the county clerk and see if a copy of his death certificate would be available to you?
