Joan, In the 1900 census Randall Fenton is first written in as the father of Edwin Fenton and they crossed father out and put him in as the head of his household.
Also familysearch has the DC for Magarete J. Fenton died 1895 and Randal Fenton died 1901. It looks like all of the the Fenton's in Philadelphia were buried in the Milestown Methodist Church Cemetery. You could google the cemetery and see if you can get a phone number to contact them. Also you can contact the Philadelphia Library or Historical Society for genealogy info, they usually have obituaries, marriage information, etc. The obits I have got in PA usually cost around $5.00 or they have a fee for an hour of research. Libraries have a great deal of genealogy information and I've found them very helpful. Good luck. Kathryn
