I forgot to put down that Lela Current died of UREMIA, with contributary cause of chronic Nephritis which is kidney disease.
She dies at Middletown Hospital

The death certificate informant was Charles Current 909 Beech Street Middletown Ohio
Burial was at Woodside

now I see you have all this...on your ancestry.com tree
