Bryan home located on Dow Property in Brazoria County

Seeking information about a Bryan home located on the east side of the Brazos River.
An old map shows it current day locations would be on Dow Chemical Property at the end of the Sea Center of Texas property along the Brazos River.

I received information this weekend that this area used to be hunted a lot and that there was a home that had burned down in this area long time ago.
The chimney was the only thing left standing.
I have been told there were three crosses marking grave sites near the home in this area also.

I am wondering if this was the Bryan home site that is on my map and who are buried in the graves.
