Found quite a lot on these folks. I suggest you check out the Family Search pilot program for the images of the Texas Death certificates (be sure and look at the actual images, as there can be frequent indexing errors). Also, I see by your email that you are in Texas (as am I.) Check with your library and you can get free access to Heritage Quest (which has the census images) through the Texshare databases.
In 1900 Roy is with his parents in Falls Co. His father is Edward and his mother is "Emelie". There are quite a lot of children: Roy is in the middle. If you can't get to an image or index of this, let me know and I will transcribe for you.
In 1920 Roy is with his wife, Susie, in Robertson Co.
In 1930 Roy and Susie are back in Falls Co. Winston is listed. There are daughters and sons. Please note Wintson's younger brother Carter. I'll talk about that in a minute.
Found lots of good info on the death certificates. Found Winston's brother, Carter, deceased in Tyler Co. TX in 1976. His death certificate states his father is Roy C. Schneider and his mother is Sueann Abbott. Here's the link:
Roy passes away in 1962 in Wharton Co. His d.c. says his father is Edward Schneider, which matches the 1900 census.
Found Edward Schneider's death certificate
He was born in 1857 in Bastrop Co. TX. Both parents born in Switzerland. Father's name Carl Schneider, mother's name unknown. Amelia Schneider listed as wife. Died in 1936 in McLennan Co. TX
This should give you a pretty good start. I would get the Heritage Quest and track them through the censuses. You might also check for immigration from Switzerland.
Let me know if you need more specifics. Good luck!
