Did "Betty" give the girls your Father's surname?
You didn't give enough info. to make a search.
1940 census should be available in April of 2012,
and they were born too late to be on the 1930 TX.census.
Need last names of Betty and her parents.
I don't have access to TX birth records, but without a surname, it will be hard to find their births.
