I, too, believe Nona's brother is my Joe. I thought it was odd that if that were the case, his brother's first name is the same as Joe's middle name. But I found it on both his WWI and WWI registration/draft Cards. It does appear to be a very big family name in the Hallonquists..maybe that is why both sons were given that name. I can not thank you all enough for all your help.
It also clears up why so many Duffeys were around the Hallonquists all the time. =)
