Thanks for helping. There is nothing to forgive. Some of these lines did go NW, and no one really knows where some of these folks connect. This Thomas E. Gerren/Geren is another "stray" or missing link to some of these families--a puzzle, hope someone can find a piece of the puzzle and share it. Any kind of help is appreciated and sometimes, another direction of research is needed.
