"Any connection to the Winning family of Missouri?" Not to my knowledge. My husband's Rambo line wasn't in MO, but they all seem to go back to the immigrant, Peter Rambo. He came from Sweden before William Penn. The Swedes settled along the Delaware River and called it New Sweden. They helped William Penn make friends with the Indians.
