Wilson is my gggrandfather-originally the only info that I had for him was an 1870 census listing in Adrian,Lenawee,MI listing his bp as PA...however, I believe that census may (big may) have been incorrect. A second marriage record to Minnie Schulke in Decatur, Macon, IL in the grooms marriage info-which he probably filled out himself, lists bp as Galveston, Texas with a fathers name of Peter Ray/Rea---accordingly several of his childrens listing on census after this list father bp as Texas, and several of their marriage records also. I have also met up with a family member from this second marriage and she seems pretty sure that the Texas bp is a real possibility (if there eveer is such a thing ,lol) We have placed Wilson in Michigan 1870, Indiana/Illinois in 1880, Nebraska 1884-1886 and back in Il in 1893 where he dies.
With possible links to Ohio (wife Sarah and son Charles b. there Charles in 1868) and Michigan (son William born there in 1870--son Delbert in 1872--) there is a daughter Nettie from the first marriage born abt. 1873/4 we are unsure of place...thanks debbie.
