getting a Texas death certificate

I am trying to get a death certificate for my great grandmother who died in 1932 in Santo, TX. Palo Pinto County.
I have contacted both funeral homes, the archives in Austin ,TX and the Palo Pinto County court house for records. All state that they have no records. The libraries will not answer me for if they could look up obits for 1932.I have a cemetary listing for Bosley Cemetry in Santo where she and her husband both are buried. There has to be a burial register and a certificate to open the grave. Can anyone tell me where else to try to get information or address where to write? I do not live in Texas anymore so kind of hard for me to get info.
