You didn't include any dates, or approximate dates, in your query, makes it a little tough to help you. I looked at your message history and it seems someone as Charles married Chole 13 Oct 1898 in Lamar Co, TX.
If the information on Chole is correct on the 1910 census, she would have been about 15 when she married and would have needed permission to marry. I would look for that marriage record, see who gave that permission. It would be a parent or legal guardian.
As for the other surnames you listed, you'll get better responses if you make a query that shows some given names, plus the all important dates.
