You really need to include dates, or approximate dates, for at least someone in your query. Without dates, not sure if the following is your family. But, the only date you give is that "Bushby" goes to Australia in 1883. The following Busbey is a sailor, might fit.

1880 census Fall River, Bristol, Mass:

Category: Name; Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Charles H. SMITH Self M Male W 50 GER Sailor GER GER
Sarah SMITH Wife M Female W 36 ENG Keeping House ENG ENG
Busbey M. SMITH Son S Male W 17 TN Sailor GER ENG
Ettie SMITH Dau S Female W 13 TN Scholar GER ENG

If you don't have a subscription to Ancestry.com I suggest you visit your local Family History Center, they do. Ancestry has an every name index to all federal census records and I would look for Busbey on 1870 census in TN. Or, post a new query and see if someone has Ancestry and can look for Busbey.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
