I am desperately looking for anyone who knew of the Jessie W. Williams family in Uvalde County in 1880, before and after. He was listed on the 1880 census as a 42 year old widower with his two children John C. Williams and Eliza E. Williams living in household with him. He was born in Tennessee in 1838 and married Beckie?(Rebecca,possibly) possibly in Burnet County in 1856. They also had another daughter Mary Jane Williams . She was born in 1858 in Bastrop County, Tx. Eliza E. was born in 1870 and John C. was born in 1866 both in Texas. Mary Jane married Richard Julius Brooks in 1879. They are my Great-Grandparents. Eliza married C. J. Smith in Uvalde in 1888. After that i have no records of Jessie or Eliza. john came to Okla with family and died in Stephens County in 1928. I hope someone can help me solve this mystery, as i know Nothing of Beckie, except she was born in Tennessee. All help appreciated
