BRUCE Families in Fannin & Lamar Counties, TX

Does anyone know anything about BRUCE Families who lived in Lamar and Fannin Counties in TX during the mid 1800s? The 1860 census lists in Lamar Co.,THOMAS BRUCE, age 42, born TN; Jane, born New Mexico; Sarah J., born IL; Alex, 9, born TN. The 1860 census shows WILLIAM BRUCE & family residing in Fannin Co. He was age 46, born in TN. Family members were Ann, 46; Sarah A., 19; Dulcina (?), 17; Martha P., 15; William (?), 14; Mary (?), 12; Parmetha (?), 10--these were all born in TN so the family must have moved to TX during the mid 1850s. James G., age 6 and Robb, 4, were both born in TX. John,23, was born in TN. I am also looking for information about a ROBERT BRUCE, age 27 with (son?) John, age 4, who was in the household of a J. M. Hopper for the 1860 census. Robert was born in TN, his son in TX.
