Out of curiousity, how do you know them? I spoke with Elva Estell again, and she admits she mis-rememered her father's name, but still asserts that Calvin's and Billy's names are correct. I have asked her several times if Billy's name is Billy or William, she says Billy. I just wonder, because everyone I listed starting with Wylie and Vennie I know (or knew) personally.

If I misunderstood somethin you said please forgive me. Events like these are the reason that one should verify all information before adding to the tree. There may be a couple of year flubs in my previous post, but I have not called my grand-aunt and grand-uncles yet, as I am working on a specific part of my tree. (My maternal grandfather seems to have dropped out of the sky one day to produce my aunts, uncles and mother and then disappeared again ;) )If you have any information on the ancestory of the Baylesses of Texarkana, would you share it with me?

Listing of people in Hearne Norwood Cemetary http://www.rootsweb.com/~txrober2/HEARNENORWOODCEMETERYAK.htm This is the correct cemetary for Calvin because I attended the funeral.
