Albert Pryor Cardwell
Albert Pryor Cardwell died in Vernon,Tx in 1942.
A 1930 census shows Alice Wiiliams Cardwell and her 4 children in the State Orphans home in Corsicana. Hiram Dotson Cardwell was a patient in a hospital in around 1930.
1920 Census Wicita Co, Tx. Alice is the mother of Hazel, Clifton and Otis. Otis is 3 months old and born in Purdon, Navarro, Tx. Family lore has him abandoning the family and going to Mexico but possibly New Mexico since the family was there in 1917. Clifton was born in Roswell and the family lived in Meek, Lincoln Co,NM.
No idea who Lona Flora is but the age matches the oldest child of Hiram and Alice. Her name is Fern.
Sept. 1920 Hester and bertha stopped in Oklaunion, TX in route to farm in Paducah.
1910 census Hiram is oldest son 18-19 yrs old, Lasha is next and then Hester. Lilly is possibly nickname for Levenior. Her middle name is Elizabeth.
