Hi Hilda,

If you're still looking for this Riffe info here is what little I have for you:

James M. Hensley
b: Missouri
Married Elizabeth Riffe (dau of John and Permelia)
b: abt 1857
d: bef 1879
married in 1872 in Travis Co., Texas

They had two sons, Alexander Hensley b 1874 and Henry b 1877.

I have a second wife for James Hensley but I don't have her name. They were married in Tarrant County, Texas in 1879.
