D.W. "Jack" Barker in OK and TX

I'm trying to find out information for my mother-in-law who is 80. She has tried to search through out her life for information about her father and possible other family members. Our information is limited....but I decided to take this "on line" and hopefully find out something in her life time about the possible extended family she's only wonders about. Here is what we have: D.W. "Jack" Barker, age 25 married Edna Morris, 17 on September 28, 1923 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. In 1925 or 26, six months following the birth of their only child, a daughter, Margaret Lee Barker he simply vanished. They never saw him or heard from him again. The only bit of family history he told her was that he had family in Texas who had one of the first railroads in the area cut through their property. I came across a message posted on another site by a lady four years ago, who I am trying to locate, that said the same thing I did in mine! With the addition that the uncles name was possibly Bud and that the ranch was located in San Angelo, Texas. If you have any information please drop us a line! Thank you for your time.
