Dont know if these are yours or not but you can take a look. I find in St. Louis MO 1910 an Effie Norman, age 29, widow, MO MO MO. Occupation says superintendent of Rescue House.

In 1900 Howell Co MO. I find a Ralph Norman, single, age 25, MO AL IL. Occupation listed as iron miner.
