HI Yes I found my grandma Ethel in the 1920 census and at that time she was being raised by her aunt and her last name on there was HAYES as well as her sister Katherine. My mom did ask her mother-in-law how her mother died and it was sad the way she died. My mom asked her alot of questions about her siblings but what she told me is all they know. I assumed there father died before there mother died. My mom said that Ethels brother George stayed in Milwaukee WI he married a Luella. I did find a SSN on a George that liked in Milwaukee with probably the right birth date. Its like they dropped off the face of this earth. We have a family reunion coming up with the children of my grandma and I think I will ask if anyone can remember anything even a name. But they have no clue as to how there mothers mother died and my mom isnt going to tell them, since there own mother never did. thanks for what you found. It helps any little thing helps me out. I have the Schwark family history someone did that already. thank you sue morovits Notify Administrator about this message?
