Many thanks for the tips. I've tried to contact the librarian in Waco to see if they can help. The listing you sent might be right, but I'm not sure. If it is...if so, my Allan Douglas Sanford would be 97 years old when he died and his father is supposed to be William Sanford and mother Elizabeth Douglas. If so, then he wouldn't be a JUNIOR, unless of course the grandfather was of same name and alive when my Allan was born!

Frances Brennan (nee Williams and then Boddie) Sanford would then be 98 years old when she died. Again, I'm just not sure if this is the correct person.

There is a daughter by the first marriage of Frances Brennan Williams to Nicholas Van Boddie and she is Frances Van Boddie who married a William Topping Merry.

If anyone knows more about Mr. Merry, I'd be interested.
I have that he was from ilion, NY and father was Seward Merry and mother Mary Catherine Myers. He and the daughter Frances Van Boddie had two daughters: Mary Frances and Margaret Topping. Mary was born in Little Rock, AK and Margaret in Washington DC. Beyond that I have little else and no children from Frances Brennan Williams (Boddie's) second marriage to Allan Sanford.

Much appreciate your input.

Gerri
