I have this information. This would be his grandmother and the mother of Cad and his sister called Edna Rurth also. What I can't figure out is that she remarried to a James Monahan in 1892, so how could she still be Turpen? And what happened to him and her after that? It's a shame about 1890 census. I think that is the reason for so much of the ole' brick wall.
