I'm not sure how much you may already have. 1860 census Barbour Co, AL, looks like Eliza's mother is living with them:

Holder, David, 24, b GA, no land/personal 250
" Eliza, 20, b GA
" Thomas, 2, b AL
" William, 1, b AL
" Jasers, 21, b GA, no land/pers 250 [brother to David?]
Parker, Jackson, 16, b GA
" Drucilla, 42, b GA
Johnson, Thomas, b AL

1850 census Barbour Co, AL:

Holder, Abraham, 40, b GA, land 800
" Sella, 34, b GA
" Felix, 20, b GA
" Mary, 18, b GA
" David, 16, b GA ****
" Thomas, 14, b AL
" Jasper, 13, b AL ****
Holt, Samantha, 8, b SC

There is a John Holder on 1860 and 1850 census born in GA, might be a brother to Abraham. 1850 - 32 and 1860 45.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
