My g-g-grandmother's name was Julia (Ann?) Porter. She was born in Alabama( I think) in about 1840. She had a daughter named Ida Beatrice (married name Horn.) After her children where grown she moved out to Texas. All that is know of her after that is that she sent a letter to her daughter (Ida) telling her to name her son Haynes Porter. I think Julia's married name was Curlee. If anyone has any information on Julia and what happend to her in Texas I would love to here it. You can email me at backtuck002@yahoo.com.

Thank you!!
Jessie
