Well, looks like Ed was in TX by 1891 when his oldest daughter was born there. He and his family show up in McClennan Co, TX as early as the 1900 census. Ed is still there in 1920 as a widower.

I see Patrick F. with his parents and family in 1860 in GA, where are the parents in 1870? That would show whether Ed belonged to that family, or not.

I see Patrick is in MO by 1880, did any of the other members of the family go to MO, too? Did Patrick's father serve in the Civil War?
