The only other Kuykendall in Bell County.

James H Kuykendall and a Samuel Kuykendall were in 1910 Bell Co. census but John Calvin was not one of their children.
I checked around Robertson county for Kuykendalls to no avail. There are too many Kuykendall's in the census to find him so your best bet is to get a copy of his Social Security or Death certificate to find out who his parents were.
