David Sloan married Sarah Dyer in Braintree, MA.
Their son Peter married Dorcas Niles. Peter served in Rev. War. Some of his family stayed in NY with name of "SLONE". Peter's son Thomas married Bathsheba Pitcher and moved from NY to MI. Their son JOHN NILES SLOAN was a pioneer of Eaton County. His son EMORY was sheriff of Eaton Co.. His son LEON LEVERE was stationed in Texas when he joined the army. He helped with the big Galveston hurricane cleanup. He served in the "Mule Infantry" so he learned to take care of mules. Stayed in Kaufman county working at Jacob's Bros. Livery. Married Buelah Jacobs. Their son LEON JR. is my father. Anyone having information on this line please let me know. Am especially interested in David's parents.
