" Inez, w, 27, M(1) 9 yrs, 2 ch, 2 lvg, b TX, US, TX
" May, d, 20, b TX
" Johnnie, s, 19, b TX
" Alma, d, 5, b TX
" Claudine, 3, b TX

1920 census Jefferson Co, TX:

Hatcher, Inez, h, 37, wid, b TX, TX, TX
" Alma, d, 15, b TX
" Claudinem, d, 13, b TX

Hart, James A., 36, sgl, b TX, TX, TX - Laborer, Ship yard

I'm not finding a William Wilshire on the 1900 census Chambers Co, TX, was his name spelled differently on that census? Index I use online has to match spelling exactly.
