Im looking for my gg grandfather, John B. Owens. It is rumored he was a Texas Ranger in the late 1800's. He is in the Early Co., Ga 1870 census(age 6), but after that he disappears. My g grandmother(Johns daughter), said she thinks he was a Ranger. PLEASE HELP. Thanks, Glenn
