I am a grand daughter of Billie Saunders. Her brother was Charles Froman Saunders, Sr. He lived in Kingsville. I do not know my grandmother's parents' names. According to family legend, Billie and Froman's father was an Indian agent and our great grandmother was part Indian (Native American). I apologize for my lack of political correctness.
