Nathaniel L. Clark and Mittie (1900-1920)
Looking for any information on this Clark family and would like to find where Nathan is buried in Texas.Nathaniel L. Clark was in Jones County in 1900, Motley in 1910, and his widow Mattie was in Dawson in 1920.
Nathaniel L. Clark appears to have died between 1910 and 1920. He was a school teacher according to census records (1900-1910) and was last known to be in Motley County Texas in 1910. In Motley County he was a teacher at the Flomot school. After Nathan's death his wife Mattie S. moved in with her daughter Lonnie A. Clark and they were living in Dawson County Texas in 1920 as per census records. Nathan and Mattie also had a son named George H. Clark and in 1920 George would have been approximately 23 years old and Lonnie would have been aged 25.Lonnie Clark married a Roy (V.) Vanoy Lyons.
Any help with this family is appreciated.
