Earl Remus Brown is my father.
Luther Aaron Brown is my grandfather.
My dad spoke of several of his uncles - Calvin, Oscar, Finis, Arthur. I last saw G-Uncle Calvin at a family reunion in 1985. I wish I had been working on the family history then as he probably could have told me a lot. He was still alert in 1985.
My best estimate is that William Edward's family went from Tennessee to Illinois, then Missouri where he married, then Texas, then to Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, where some of them were married and some died there. I have located online the graves of several in Pontotoc County.
