Mateo Ramirez/borderlands.

I'm searching for my great, great grandfather, Mateo Ramirez.
I'm sure he was a border person, but not sure from what state in Mexico.

I just discovered his wife's entire lineage on the Romo Family Forum. It was incredilbe, someone already did all the research I needed on her. After a lifetime of wondering where she came from.
Silvestra Romo was born in Rancho Nuevo, Coahuila.

Their son was Victor Romo Ramirez who was Brownsville, Texas 8 September 1876 and died 13 October 1944 Los Angeles.

You can see a picture taken of him in his pharmacy, Ramirez Pharmacy, in EL Paso, Texas, taken in 1912 on my homepage:

Thank you for your help, and best of luck in your family search
