[Looks like Friedick has died.He owned land, I would check out land and probate records, all hisheirs should sign off when final sale of his land is made.]
By 1930 census son Herman is still living in Williamson Co, TX, but his mother is not listed with him.
Have you checked immigration and ships passenger lists for port of Galveston?You now have a year to check for the immigration of Friedrick and wife.

I don't know where they are on the 1910 census, Friedrich would still be alive.
