Sorry about that, Gala is a typo. It should have been Ala for birthplace of Talithe's mother.

I notice as I reviewed the other posts that the WW I draft has a different birth date than the 1900 census for Barto, Jr.

Could Robert O. be the Calp, age 4, from the 1900 Texas census?
