William F. Frasier/Frazier 1854-1899

I have been unable to locate the birth place or family of this man. He first appears on a Texas census in 1870 in Kaufman county (in the town of Pyle Prairie) as a farmhand in the Wm. Burrell household. He states his birthplace as Texas, and that of each parent as TN. His age is given as 17. Wm. F (possibly Francis) Frazier married Mary Melvina Guthrie (living nearby with her aunt and uncle Norfleet) in 1876. Wm and Mellie are in the Bell county census in 1870, and Williamson couny census in 1880. He died in Corn Hill, Wmson Co, in 1899. Although Wm F states his birthplace as TX, I have been unable to locate him in 1860, when he should show up as a 6 or 7yr old child. I have also been unable to place him in the families of the Burrell household. Does anyone have this man in your database? Any clues appreciated! Thanks!
