Since you have exact death date and location, why not send for a death certificate on Lucette? You can obtain it from the county of Hutchison. If you knew at least the month of death for John, you could obtain his from Health Dept. in Oklahoma City, OK. Also, try for an obituary. Local public library should be able to tell you about local newspaper and who might have back editions. Or, in TX, the University of TX at Austin has largest collection of TX newspapers.
