There was a postoffice in El Paso Co, TX named Cockrell 1901/1902 that never became operational. But, a "community" could still be there without a postoffice. The only Cockrell that comes up on the GNIS site is the one in Dallas Co, so I don't know if anything is left in El Paso Co.
