I figure Cleave is a nickname for Cleveland, so this looks like your ancestor.

1930 census Liberty Co, TX

Miller, Grover C., h, 45, m @ 24 yrs of age, b AR, IN, IN
" Clara, w, 39, m @ 18 yrs of age, b MO, TN, IL
" Debs, s, 20, b MO
" Warren, s, 19, b MO
" Eileen, d, 13, b TX
[Grover is a sales agent, oil co.; Debs is derick man, oil field; Warren is driver, truck, rail road.]

1920 census Liberty Co, TX:

Miller Grover C., h, 34, m, b AR, AR, AR
" Clara V., w, 26, m, b MO, MO, MO
" William R., s, 11, b MO
" Debs, s, 10, b MO
" Warren, s, 8, b MO
[Grover is Station ___, Rail Road]

1910 census Perry Co, MO:

Miller, Grover C., h, 25, M(1) 3 yrs, b AR, IN, IN
" Clara, w, 19, M(1) 3 yrs, 2 ch, 2 lvg, b MO, IL, IL
" William R., s, 2, b MO
" Donivan, s, 11/12, b MO
" Eleene, d, 3, b TX
[Grover is Operator, looks like telegraph, Rail Road]

Grover named his first son William R., there is a William R. b IN 75, old enough to be Grover's grandfather on the Benton Co, AR 1900 census. In fact he is living with a married granddaughter, Rebecca Pruitt 19 and her husband. She was b AR. You might play around with that family a bit. Or, see if anyone is working them and knows more about them.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
