Joan, Thanks so much for the info and your time. I have scoured Ala. counties, but from what I have to check, it has been slow, and I haven't found this. Maybe the "P" is actually an "M", which would be correct for the later age of Mary H. as 39 and Irene as 21. Yes, James and James were both listed as brick masons. My grandfather, Wm, James Butler's son, became a brick mason; then, my father was a brick mason before he became a home builder. I'll look in the Ala. county for Mary W. and family. Thanks again.
