Thanks for all the useful tips and info. I had the census records for Mabel and Rufus. In later censuses it lists that Rufus and Fannie were a 1st marriage for both. I know that census records are not always correct though.

Mabel Frankie Huey never had a Social Sercurity number. Her husband didn't even apply for his until around 1950 ish. Mabel Frankie died in 1940.

I'll try getting a copy of her death certificate too. Not sure if there will be anything about her parents I know my grandfather (her son) never knew her parent(s). He was trying to get some info from her around the time she died. My grandfather was only 17 when she died suddenly.

Thanks again for the help I'll see what I can dig up with this!
