Hello,
I do not recognize any of the names that you mentioned. My ggg aunt was Emma Sansom, Civil War heroine, who married Christopher Johnson after the war. They moved to Gilmer, TX, where they died. Emma's parents were Lemila Barfield Vann and Micajah Cades Sansom. Micajah is buried in Gadsden, and Lemila moved to Texas with Emma and died there also. I descend from Emma's older brother, Oren Micajah Sansom. I did hear about another Emma Sansom, but do not know anything about here except that I am not related to her. If I had to advise you based on the names you mentioned, I would have to say that you are not related to the same Emma Sansom in Gadsden. You can email me with more questions if you'd like.
