1880 census Stephens Co, TX:

Category: Name; Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Amos BORING Self M Male W 32 TN. Farmer MD VA.
Winnie BORING Wife M Female W 21 AR. Keeping House AR. AR.
Sarah BORING Dau S Female W 2 TX. TN. AR.
John BORING Son S Male W 3M TX. TN. AR.

1870 census Franklin Co, AR:

St Clair, Washington, 38, b AR
" Harriet, 32, NC
" Ann, 14, b AR
" Winnie, 8, b AR
" Eliza, 8, b AR
" James, 1, b AR

Same page:

St Clair, George, 37, b AR
" Luiza, 31, b TN
" George, 4, b AR

I would track Washington St Clair, look for land and probate, see if Winne/Minnie Boring shows up as an heir. When final sale of land is made all heirs must sign off to give clear title to buyer. Good way to pick up married names of females in the family, too.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
