Thanks Joan!!! This has been most helpfull. I don't believe the Jones family living next door to MY Joneses are related. I have extremely good records prior to my family coming to Falls County in 1883 and can't find a thing that matches this fanily with mine. The wife of Luther Moore (sister of Charley and Robert B. Jones) was named Eliza and was born in 1851 in Scott County, Mississippi. The Moore family came to Falls County, Tex in 1883. The Scott County, Missississipi Census 1880 shows Luther 34 Al Tn Ms,
wife Eliza 28 Ms Tn Ms, dOSIA (SON) 12 Ms Al Ms, William 10 Ms Al Tn, Otho (son) 8, Ms Al Ms, Eliza 5 Ms Al Ms, Wiley 3 Ms Al Ms, Baby Moore (son) 2 Months Ms Al Ms.
