I would look at the original of the 1880 census, one of the most common transcription mixups is the letters L & S. I think wife L.E. is probably S.E. your Sarah E. Dau E.L. is probably Lula who is gone and married by the 1900 census. Angelina Co. isn't far from Limestone Co. Ages and birth locations match with 1900 census. 1880 census Angelina Co, TX: F. P.
