A death certificate is filed where a person "died," and that's not necessarily where they lived or were buried. You show "The remains reached this city on last nights Santa Fe..." That would indicate she died elsewhere.

Contact the TX State Archives they have a state wide death index 1903 to 1940. They can give you date and county of death, that's where you need to obtain a copy of her death certificate.
