You say Grapotte/Grapott is buried in Mineral Wells, is that her first name or surname? If it is a surname is it her maiden name or married name? Once they're married women will show up on records with their married surname. Was she born in this country? If not, do you know about when she did come to this country.
This type of information will help narrow down the person you want, and where to look for records she might have generated.
The only Grapott I find on the 1880 census is in Cape Vincent, Jefferson Co, NY:
Category: Name; Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Well, now, look what I found on the 1910 census San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX. If Eliza's first husband was David Fraser, then she'd be on this census with her second husband's name, I think maybe Marie's father was a Fraser.
Grapotte, Marie M., hd, 31, wid, b NY, ?, Ire
" Mabel A., dau, 10, b NY, NY, NY
Fraser, Eliza B., mother, 76 wid, b Ire, Ire, Ire
Can't read birth location for Marie's father, but he was foreign born, as it says mother tongue is English.
1920 census San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX, handwriting much clearer:
Grapotte, Marie, hd, 42, wid, by NY, Ontario Can, Ire
" Mable, d, 20, sgl, b NY, NY NY
Thompson, Fred, boarder, 50, sgl, b Can, Can, Can
Arrival date in U.S. for Fred is listed unk, but it does say he was naturalized. Occupation for Mable not clear, but she works for Glass Co. Occupation for Marie and Fred is "none." Death Certificate for Marie Grapotte should show the names of her parents.
Now, on the 1880 census I found this Eliza Frazer, right age and birth location for herself and parents, but no little girl, Marie, could she have been missed by the enumerator? Since this Eliza is sister to head of household named Maria, Eliza's daughter might have been named for her. It is the closet match I could find.
1880 census 19th ward, NY, NY (Manhatten):
