Combined info from TX Dth Idx and SSDI:

Clements, Ida Dee, b 4 Jun 1893, d 4 Dec 1969 Eastland Co, TX; last residence Cisco, Eastland Co, TX; SS card issued in TX. [SSDI shows death as 15 Dec 1969]

You can obtain a copy of her death certificate, and it should show the names of her parents, but accuracy only as good as the knowledge of the informant. On the other hand, you can also obtain a copy of the application she filled out for her SS card. It should show the names of her parents, including her mother's maiden name, her residence at the time she applied and other data, too.

NOTE -- surname is spelled Clements, with an "s" on both records.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
